We're looking for a Data, Reporting & Insights Manager to lead our People Technology team in delivering high-quality analytics, reporting solutions and data governance that drive business decisions. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on expertise in Workday reporting and data visualisation, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation in our reporting capabilities.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing People Data & Reporting team.
  • Oversee day-to-day reporting operations, ensuring quality, compliance and timely delivery.
  • Define and execute the strategy for people data, reporting and analytics across Workday and related HR systems.
  • Configure and optimise Workday reporting tools (PRISM, People Analytics, Worksheets, Discovery Boards).
  • Drive data quality, governance and compliance with GDPR.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business priorities into actionable insights.
  • Manage Workday change requests, upgrades and enhancements.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, including new module implementations and system improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing Workday reporting and analytics in a People Data/HR systems role.
  • Strong technical skills in Workday (EIBs, PRISM, Advanced Reports, Calc Fields) and data structures.
  • Expertise in data analysis, visualisation and storytelling.
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead projects and influence across functions.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data governance best practices.
  • Workday certification or equivalent experience preferred.
