The Role

As Head Housekeeper, you will be at the centre of our operations, ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and presentation are maintained across the hotel. This is a varied and rewarding role, where no two days are the same. You will:

  • Lead, motivate and train the housekeeping team
  • Oversee the cleaning and presentation of guest rooms, public areas, leisure facilities, and function spaces
  • Manage rotas, stock control, and budgets
  • Work closely with the wider hotel team to deliver seamless guest experiences
  • Play an active role in supporting weddings, conferences, and special events

About You

  • Previous supervisory or management experience in housekeeping, ideally within a hotel environment
  • A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering immaculate standards
  • Strong organisational and people management skills
  • Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including weekends
  • A positive, hands-on attitude with the ability to inspire and support your team
