The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Property Litigation Paralegal to join our busy disputes team. You will support our solicitors in all aspects of commercial property litigation, working on high-profile cases and providing practical, timely assistance to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing commercial property disputes from inception to resolution.
  • Draft correspondence, pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare reports and case summaries.
  • Liaise with clients, counsel, and third parties as required.
  • Support fee earners with trial preparation, including document collation and bundle preparation.
  • Maintain accurate case files and manage deadlines efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a paralegal in commercial property litigation or a similar field.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial property law, litigation processes, and procedures.
  • Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
