Here at The Norbreck Hotel, we are on the search for an enthusiastic, passionate, and dynamic individuals to join us a Hotel Assistant.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hotel Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As a Hotel Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment across multiple departments such as F&B and housekeeping.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures

Assist the housekeeping department with the cleaning of bedrooms and public areas.

Serve guests in the hotel bar and restaurant.

Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.

Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the hotel.

Assist with administrative tasks such as managing phone calls, emails, and reservations.

Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.

Promote hotel services and special offers to guests during their stay.

Experience

Previous experience in the hospitality industry or hotel environment is preferred but not essential.

A background in guest services or hospitality will be an advantage, showcasing your ability to create positive experiences for guests.
