We are looking for a Clinical Project Assistant to support a global clinical operations team as a CPA, providing essential coordination and administrative support. This is a fully Remote position on a 12 month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain trial master files and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics with sites and vendors.
- Track study milestones and assist with reporting.
- Support ethics submissions and regulatory documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth trial execution.
Requirements:
- Degree in life sciences or related field.
- 1–2 years' experience in clinical trials or pharma admin.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and trial management systems.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
