We're currently partnering with a growing energy consultancy based in the Lancashire area, who have ambitious plans for expansion and is looking for an experienced Head of Sales to join their leadership team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven individual to take ownership of sales strategy, lead a growing team, and play a key role in driving the next stage of business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's sales strategy to achieve growth targets.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong, long-term client relationships.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align sales performance with overall business goals.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
About You
- Proven experience in a senior sales role within the
energy or utilities sector
. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a sales team.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to delivering results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
