About the Role
We need an expert tutor to support a SEMH student to achieve Functional skills certification English and Maths, this will be in-person tuition support and immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan & Deliver Sessions: Lead engaging lessons tailored to each student's needs (mostly in-person).
- Tailor Lesson Plans: Use pre-prepared lessons to personalise for each student.
- Supportive Learning Environment: Foster academic and social-emotional growth.
- Progress Feedback: Complete reports and provide feedback.
- Safeguarding: Follow all safeguarding procedures—safeguarding is everyone's responsibility.
Requirements
Must:
- Flexible to travel to Wombourne.
- Enhanced DBS, registered on the update service
- Professional teaching qualifications
- Experience with the British National Curriculum
- Right to work in the UK
- Two professional references
Desirable:
- Minimum 1 years teaching experience with SEND, SEMH, MLD, or SLD students
- (QTS/QTLS) (desirable)
Employment Details
