Looking For:
Someone smart, bright, forward-thinking, and proactive — keen to grow and progress into senior opportunities — and ready to work in an AI-driven business while bringing energy, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset to help our restaurant partners get the most out of our AI service.

Job Overview
:

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven
Customer Success Specialist
to join our growing AI service company. Our platform provides restaurants with an AI receptionist that handles incoming calls, manages bookings, and supports their day-to-day customer interactions.

In this role, you will be the main point of contact for restaurant partners — helping them get set up, supporting them with daily operational needs, and ensuring they receive maximum value from our AI product. You will also assist with light sales activities, such as identifying upsell opportunities and helping onboard new customers.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, works well under pressure, understands customer needs quickly, and enjoys building long-term client relationships. Experience in hospitality or customer support is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

Customer Success & Onboarding:

Onboard new restaurants by setting up their AI receptionist, updating menus, opening hours, policies, and booking rules.

Provide training on how to use the platform and dashboard.

Build strong, long-lasting relationships with restaurant owners and managers.

Monitor client accounts to ensure the AI is performing correctly and consistently.

Customer Support:

Handle incoming enquiries from restaurants via phone or email.

Troubleshoot issues such as call flow problems, booking errors, or menu updates.

Log and escalate technical issues to the development team when needed.

Proactively check in with restaurants to ensure everything is running smoothly, especially during peak hours.

Sales Support & Growth:

Identify opportunities for clients to upgrade plans or add additional services.

Provide product demonstrations to potential clients when needed.

Assist the sales team by sharing customer insights and helping close deals.

Product & Feedback:

Gather feedback from restaurants to identify improvements or new features.

Analyse customer behaviour and interaction trends to support service enhancements.

Advocate for the customer's needs within the company.

Qualifications:

Experience in customer success, customer service, hospitality, or account management is highly desirable.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience) is required.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a friendly, professional phone manner.

Ability to work independently, especially when supporting customers during busy restaurant periods.

Comfortable using software platforms, dashboards, and simple data-entry tools.

Proactive, organised, and able to solve problems quickly in real time.

Ability to upsell or recommend upgrades naturally while maintaining trust and satisfaction.

Multilingual abilities are valued; English required, additional languages are a plus but not required.

Positive attitude, people-focused, and eager to contribute to a fast-growing startup.

Skills:

Analytical thinking

Excellent customer service

Strong communication

Problem-solving

Attention to detail

Confident phone manner

Organisational skills

Ability to work independently.

Why Join Us?

Be part of a fast-growing AI company transforming how restaurants manage customer calls and bookings.

Work closely with a supportive team that values innovation, autonomy, and personal development.

Opportunity to shape the product and customer experience from the ground up.

Clear progression into senior customer success, account management, or operations roles as the company scales.

Competitive salary of £26,000–£30,000 depending on experience.
