We require skilled Labourers, General Builders, Steel installers, Multi Trades to join our team on high spec residential project in N5 and across London

You will need sound experience and knowledge in 1-2 of the following areas:

  • Demoltion
  • Foundations and Underpinning
  • Structural Steel
  • Concrete and underground drainage
  • Carpenters 1st fix (Framing, Roof structure, Loft conversion, Pitched roof)
  • General Building

Must have own tools, PPE and CIS registration

Strong rates of pay to reflect skills and experience.

Ongoing and reliable long term work available.

Responsibilities include some of

  • Utilize hand and power tools for precise joinery and assembly work.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while adhering to safety standards.
  • Handle heavy lifting and assist in general site work as required, ensuring quality craftsmanship throughout.
  • Execute 1st and 2nd fix carpentry tasks, including framing, and Structure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £16.00-£27.00 per hour

  • Groundwork: 3 years (preferred)
  • Structural Carpentry: 5 years (preferred)
