The Opportunity

JMW is sourcing candidates for its talent pipeline for future employment opportunities.

Note: This is not an IT/technology-related consulting role.

We Seek High-Impact Delivery Leaders with:
  • 8–12 years of relevant industry experience in transformation, change management, or performance consulting
  • Strong delivery and facilitation skills, with experience leading workshops of 25+ participants
  • A proven track record of managing large-scale consulting engagements (£600K+)
  • A minimum of a four-year Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (required); a Master's or MBA is a plus
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Several years of industry experience in consulting, organizational development, or leadership performance
  • Client and project management experience with large, complex, or multinational organizations
  • Experience partnering with and coaching senior executives
  • Ability to flex between strategic and tactical leadership in high-impact, people-related initiatives
  • Experience leading small teams of consultants using proprietary or customized methodologies
Core Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (four-year) from an accredited university required; Master's or MBA preferred
  • Commercially savvy with strong business acumen
  • Consulting background with industry specialization a plus
  • Ability to effectively navigate large, complex organizations
  • Demonstrated credibility at the client's C-suite level
  • Understanding of project management and success metrics
  • Proven ability to impact performance through mindset and behavior change
  • Strong relationship-building and client management skills
  • Team player with entrepreneurial initiative and independence
  • Proven effectiveness leading sessions for groups of 25 or more
  • Lifelong learner passionate about growth and mastery
  • Strong analytical, verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Consistent travel required across the UK and Europe
