Job Description
TEACHING AND DEVELOPMENT LEADER (TEACHER OF SCIENCE)
Grade:
Leadership scale 5 to 9 (£57,137 to £63,070)

Hours:
Full TIme

You will have a passion for Science, an enthusiasm for teaching, and a commitment to supporting the academic and holistic development of every student. In addition to their teaching responsibilities, the postholder will play a key role in enhancing the quality of education provision across the academy by providing targeted support, coaching, and professional development for colleagues identified for additional support, as well as new staff.

You will be a reflective practitioner and collaborative leader, contributing to the academy's mission of "Everyone Exceptional.".

NB: All post-holders at the White Rose Academies Trust are responsible for improving the outcomes for learners and upholding the ethos of the academies. Keeping Children Safe in Education and the guidance for Safer Working Practices directs the work of every adult working at or associated with the White Rose Academies Trust.
