We're looking for a Quality Apprentice to join our Transportation Team based in Oxford, Oxfordshire working towards a Level 4 apprenticeship in Quality Practitioner.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading construction and infrastructure services company on an apprenticeship. Whilst working towards a recognised qualification, you'll be able to put your learnings into practice in your day-to-day role, helping you progress within your chosen career.

Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £22,000

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

How does an apprenticeship work?

As a Quality Apprentice you'll be enrolled onto a Level 4 apprenticeship in Quality Practitioner, giving you the opportunity to earn whilst you learn. You'll work closely with the Transportation team to design, build and maintain infrastructure for the highways, rail, aviation and ports sectors, with a common goal of connecting people

Your day to day will include:

  • Assisting with Quality audits, identifying non conformances and opportunities for improvement.
  • Administration of the document management system (IMS)
  • Creating documents for use on Contract in line with group standards and polices
  • Review non-conformance outstanding audit actions supporting workstream supervisor / managers with closure.
  • Support operational teams with audits, closure of non-conformance actions

The role of Quality Apprenticeis great for you if you have:

  • GCSE Maths and English at C/4 or above
  • The ability to be self-motivated, punctual and organised
  • Willingness to learn
