Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Electronics Engineer located in East Kilbride. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and refurbishing RF equipment within the semiconductor and medical industries. The Electronics Engineer will ensure the timely turnaround of repairs, adherence to quality standards, and provide detailed service documentation for all tasks. Additional responsibilities include implementing upgrades and carrying out conversions to enhance equipment efficiency, reduce downtime, and ensure safety.

Qualifications

  • Experience in diagnosing and repairing RF equipment
  • Proficiency in refurbishing RF Generators and RF Matching units
  • Skills in implementing equipment upgrades and performing conversions
  • Strong adherence to quality standards and customer responsiveness
  • Ability to provide comprehensive service documentation
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
  • Experience in the semiconductor or medical industries is a plus
