The Role – Service & Repair Gas Engineer

We are looking for a confident and capable engineer who loves diagnostics, fault-finding and fast-paced service work. You will be completing around 6–8 jobs per day across domestic properties, working with a wide variety of boiler brands and heating systems.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and repair boiler and heating system faults quickly and confidently
  • Carry out services, CP12s and safety checks
  • Work efficiently in a well-organised schedule (no pointless driving all over the map)
  • Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication
  • Keep accurate job records and use modern job management software
  • Work closely with our supportive office team
  • Represent the MCR Gas brand with pride and professionalism

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in service and repair
  • Excellent diagnostic skills across multiple boiler types
  • Gas Safe qualifications
  • A positive attitude and pride in your work
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, well-organised environment
  • Full UK driving licence
