Oculus Legal Group is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a highly regarded Scottish law firm as they continue to grow their Residential Property team in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity at both a Solicitor and Senior Solicitor level to join a respected and forward-thinking practice with a strong reputation across the Scottish property market. The role offers meaningful career progression within a collaborative, high-performing team that continues to go from strength to strength.

Role Overview

As part of the firm's expanding Residential Property team, you will manage a varied caseload of conveyancing transactions, acting for a broad and loyal client base within a supportive and dynamic environment.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, from first-time buyers and families, to high-net-worth individuals through referral networks and property investors managing portfolio sales and acquisitions. This breadth of work provides excellent exposure to both private and commercial-style residential transactions, ensuring no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

Managing residential sales, purchases and re-mortgages from instruction to completion

Providing clear, proactive advice to clients and intermediaries

Maintaining excellent client relationships through consistent communication and service delivery

Ensuring all transactions comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements

Person Specification

Qualified Solicitor with experience in Residential Property work, ideally being NQ up to 5 years' PQE however consideration would be given to those soon to qualify coming from a more specialised Conveyancing traineeship

Strong communication and client management skills with a track record of managing a varied caseload
