Position Summary

We are seeking Carers and Support Workers to assist individuals with a range of needs, from everyday tasks to complex care. This role is vital in helping clients live independently, safely, and comfortably.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks including washing, dressing, and hygiene
  • Administer medication in accordance with care plans and maintain accurate records
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Provide care for individuals with mental health conditions or physical disabilities

What We Offer

  • Flexible working hours including domiciliary care and supported living shifts
  • Paid training, including NVQ Levels 2 to 5
  • Paid shadow shifts, annual leave, free uniform

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, trustworthy attitude
  • No prior experience required; full training and shadowing will be provided
