Position Summary
We are seeking Carers and Support Workers to assist individuals with a range of needs, from everyday tasks to complex care. This role is vital in helping clients live independently, safely, and comfortably.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks including washing, dressing, and hygiene
- Administer medication in accordance with care plans and maintain accurate records
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Provide care for individuals with mental health conditions or physical disabilities
What We Offer
- Flexible working hours including domiciliary care and supported living shifts
- Paid training, including NVQ Levels 2 to 5
- Paid shadow shifts, annual leave, free uniform
- £50 referral bonus, additional leave policies including bereavement leave
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Strong communication skills and a professional, trustworthy attitude
- No prior experience required; full training and shadowing will be provided
