Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Technician based in Derby. The Warehouse Technician will be responsible for managing daily operations in the warehouse, which include tasks such as shipping and receiving materials, packing items for distribution, maintaining inventory control, unloading shipments, and material handling. The role also involves maintaining organization and ensuring that all procedures comply with company standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Shipping & Receiving and Packing processes
  • Skills in Inventory Control and organizational practices
  • Proficiency in Unloading and Material Handling tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations or related fields is preferred
  • Ability to lift and move materials as required
  • A valid forklift certification is a plus
