Job Description

• Pay: £14.46 per hour, plus an uncapped performance bonus and benefits.
• (OTE £32,110 - £37,369 per annum)
• Retention Bonus: £2000 after 12 months*
• Refer a Friend Bonus: £1000 after 12 months**
• Job Type: Permanent
• Hours: 38.75 per week

• Schedule: Monday to Friday

• 5:30 AM - 1:45 PM

• Location: Armthorpe, Doncaster, DN3 3FQ

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking skilled and experienced Upholsterers to join our team at Next Furniture Manufacturing.

• Prior upholstery experience is essential, and experience in a production line environment is highly valued.
• You should take pride in your craftsmanship and the quality of the products you help create.
• We're looking for individuals with energy and a positive attitude who are eager to contribute to our team. We welcome applications from all qualified individuals.

Our Upholsterers play a vital role in creating the high-quality sofas, chairs, and footstools our customers expect.

• Our "plan by model" production system provides Upholsterers with the opportunity to maximize their earnings.
• We offer year-round manufacturing stability.
• We use high-quality fabrics and have our own in-house foam/fiber and frame-making operations to support our team.
