Then you are exactly what we are looking for to join our newly energised Acute Medicine for the Elderly team.

We recognise that the wealth of knowledge, expertise and experience you bring with you will help shape an effective and efficient service to older people, their carers and family members living in Tayside. We know that providing care to older people with multiple complex health and social care needs is challenging which is why we are introducing a brand new nursing workforce model and need proactive nurses to be a part of this exciting change.

Our ward embraces a multi-disciplinary approach to delivering the best care experience possible for patients, their families and carers therefore successful candidates would be expected to participate in current improvement initiatives on the ward and support auditing of the quality of care we deliver.

Applicants should have proven ability in influencing change and demonstrate the ability to provide effective leadership and management of the nursing team, acting as a clinical expert. You will be expected to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.

You must be registered on Sub part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC register
