Senior PPC Executive | Manchester

We're partnered with a leading global brand that's continuing to invest heavily in its digital marketing capability. They're now looking for a Senior PPC Executive to join their expanding team and take a key role in delivering high-performing paid search activity.

This is a hands-on, performance-focused role where you'll own and optimise PPC campaigns across multiple business units, working closely with the Head of PPC and Associate Director of Digital Marketing. You'll have real autonomy, exposure to senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to influence wider paid media strategy.

If you're a data-driven PPC specialist who enjoys testing, optimisation, and delivering measurable results at scale, this is an opportunity to step into a high-impact role within a global organisation.

Day to Day

  • Managing and optimising PPC campaigns across Google and Microsoft platforms
  • Owning day-to-day performance across multiple accounts and business units
  • Supporting strategic planning and execution of paid search initiatives
  • Continuously testing ad copy, bidding strategies, and account structures to improve ROI
  • Monitoring bids and budgets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of concern
  • Producing clear performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders
  • Working closely with the wider PPC and digital teams to ensure best-in-class performance
  • Ensuring all paid search activity follows agreed best practice and standards

YOU?

  • 2+ years' experience managing competitive PPC campaigns with sizable budgets
  • Strong analytical capability with hands-on experience using Excel, Google Analytics, and Data Studio
  • A data-led mindset with a passion for performance optimisation
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • A proactive approach to learning, innovation, and sharing knowledge within the team
