TPT2153Senior Field Engineer (IT)

My client is a well established IT solutions organisation based in Watford, Herts, who are seeking an experienced Field Engineer to go to client sites to install, configure and maintaining end user workstation hardware, software and peripheral devices on site.The role also involve managing a team of Field Engineers.Covering London and the Home Counties.Candidates must have a full clean driving licence and at least 5 years experience as an IT Field Engineerin a customer facing type of role.

Must have the following experience:-

·Microsoft Server and Desktop operating systems (SBS/2012/2016/2019 Server/7/8/10)

·Core Microsoft infrastructure technologies and solutions (Exchange, IIS, AD, RDS)

·Virtualisation

·Hyper-V, Xen Centre, VMWare

·Backup technologies including Veeam, Cloud Connect, Acronis, Backup Exec

·Server hardware maintenance and troubleshooting

·Firewalls (Sonicwall, Watchguard, Draytek, GBA)

·Office 365

·Citrix

This role is a dual role.When not out at customers sites you will be in the office providing 2nd Line Support to customers over the phone.

If you are a qualified Senior Field Engineer, with experience of man managing a team of Engineers, at least 5 years experience of a working with customers on their site and are looking to join a forward thinking and growing organisation, please apply now.
