in London for an exciting 12-month industrial placement, starting in July 2026.

Throughout your placement, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Manage projects and prioritise tasks while developing strong relationships with stakeholders across various levels and departments at Haleon.

  • Promote responsible purchasing practices and tools to help manage spending effectively.

  • Help coordinate strategic sourcing events (such as Requests for Information, Quotes, and Proposals) and participate in negotiations with third-party suppliers.

  • Collaborate with teams like Finance and Legal to review financial proposals and assist in contract negotiations and revisions.

  • Engage in Supplier Relationship Management to support performance evaluation, supplier development and address potential risks.

  • Assist in creating spend category-specific strategies that provide valuable insights and innovative solutions to support the business and drive positive change.

  • Drive automation and simplification across procurement data, technology and processes.

Education Requirements:

  • We welcome applications from all degree disciplines, however degrees in Business, Supply Chain or any Engineering or Science with a strong business focus are particularly advantageous for this placement.

  • We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong creative problem-solving skills, adaptability in uncertain situations, strategic thinking, and a passion for continuous learning.

  • If you are studying for your Undergraduate Degree, you must be in your 2nd year of study (England) or 3rd year of study (Scotland) and seeking to complete a year in industry in partnership with your university.

  • Please ensure the role is suitable for your placement year.

Role Start Date: July 2026

Application Process:

The application process has a total of up to 4 stages:

  • Application – information will be required regarding your education and Right to Work.
  • HireVue Online Assessment – you will be asked to complete a behaviour based online assessment/interview.
  • HireVue One-Way Video Interview – if selected you receive a link to complete an online interview focusing on your motivation for joining Haleon and what transferrable skills you will bring to the role. This will be screened by the Early Talent Team.
  • Interview – if selected you will be invited to attend a virtual interview; The interview will consist of a competency-based interview and may include a case study/technical exercise.
  • Offer – candidates will receive an outcome within 2 weeks following interview.

Interviews will be held in January / February 2026
