Are you a compassionate and proactive healthcare assistant looking for flexi work in a supportive and modern environment? Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital is currently recruiting an enthusiastic and reliable Theatre HCA to support our theatre department in delivering safe, high-quality care.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Bank Theatre HCA you will work as part of a MDT providing vital support to patients and clinical staff within the operating theatre environment.
- Assistant in the preparation of theatres and equipment
- Ensuring patient comfort, safety and dignity at all times
- Transporting patients to and from the theatre
- Maintaining cleanliness and infection control standards
Who We're Looking For:
- Previous healthcare experience (Ideally in a theatre/hospital setting)
- NVQ level 2/3 in health and social care is desirable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, flexible and proactive approach to patient care
- Comfortable working in a busy fast paced environment
- Flexible to work at least 1-2 weekday shifts
