As our business grows, we're seeking a Skilled Metalworker to join our expert team and contribute to projects that combine artistry with engineering excellence.

The Role

As a Skilled Metalworker, you'll be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and fitting custom metal components with exceptional accuracy. You'll collaborate with our design and production teams, working both in our Rayleigh workshop and on-site during UK and international installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabrication & Welding: Perform MIG and TIG welding to produce high-quality, durable metalwork.
• Precision Assembly: Fit and install custom components such as doors, wine cellar structures, and decorative fixtures.
• Material Handling: Work with a variety of metals and alloys, following strict safety standards.
• Collaboration: Partner with design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve challenges on-site or in the workshop, maintaining quality and timelines.
• Tool Care: Maintain workshop tools and equipment for safe, efficient use.
• Client-Facing Work: Represent the company professionally during installations, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Global Travel: Support international projects with hands-on installation expertise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in metal fabrication, including MIG and TIG welding.
• Skilled in operating metalworking machinery and hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations.

Preferred Experience:

• 1+ years as a Press Brake Operator.
• Background in custom fabrication or fine metalwork projects.

Pay: £16.00-£19.00 per hour
