Maintenance Planner

Anglian Water offers a flexible approach, this role offers you the flexibility to work from home and from an Anglian Water office. Your base location will be Enterprise House and training will be carried out in an office environment.   

We are recruiting for a Tactical Planner to join our Wholesale team on a Permanent basis In this role you will assist in the delivery of a business critical service, ensuring that both planned and reactive work is scheduled to meet our business performance targets in service, serviceability, quality, and risk.   

In this role you will assist in the delivery of a business-critical service, ensuring that both planned and reactive work is scheduled to meet our business performance targets in service, serviceability, quality, and risk. 

You will proactively monitor planned and reactive workloads and schedules to ensure all work is prioritised and scheduled in line with business need and relative priorities. In order to make this run smoothly, you will take ownership of the two day to four-week window of work schedules and contact the relevant third party or customer to advise of any early problems with meeting the scheduled appointments.  
  
You will work with our internal stakeholders to resolve any obstacles and further review the schedule and workload volumes, prior to them being passed to In Day Scheduling to ensure we are achieving our target of work being completed within levels of service.

We are looking for someone with Scheduling and Oracle system experience.  
  
In this role you will use your operational experience and understanding to ensure work schedules are produced that meet our business needs and targets. You will continuously drive improvement to produce a fit for purpose work schedule that minimises travel. Liaising with Operational FLMs and your In Day Scheduling colleagues are key elements of the role.
