Ultra Violette launched in January 2019 and is on a global mission to be the leader in the Skinscreen category: combining skincare and sun care. The brand launched into the UK Market in 2021 with strong growth expected in the region in the coming years.

ROLE OVERVIEW
:

  • This role will be responsible for driving retail sales in the UK through the execution of education and visual merchandising programs. Bringing the brand DNA, storytelling and product passion to life through digital platforms and in store across multiple retail channels.

THE ROLE
:

  • Building a strategic training journey plan in the UK and ensuring EU Market training is managed through digital platforms.
  • Visiting stores in our retail partner network and training staff in an exciting and engaging manner, delivering exceptional product knowledge, skincare techniques, service standards and selling behaviours in store.
  • Create & host trainings, masterclasses and retail events (digital and in person) across the UK.
  • Build and retain strong relationships with retail partners, store managers and store teams.
  • Support & drive commercial sales though development of store team knowledge and confidence, and skills to translate training into sales success.
  • Compile and share weekly reports that capture in-store insights, activities, and results, providing actionable feedback to inform strategy and support continuous improvement across retail partners
  • Support the rollout of digital and remote education initiatives, while gathering in-person feedback from store teams to continuously develop and enhance education activity and strategy
  • Ensure visual merchandising updates are implemented and maintain ongoing merchandising reviews. VM reviews completed with each store visit in line with brand goals and expectations.
  • Analyse sales and effectiveness of store training to ensure ROI and that all areas of opportunity are explored.
  • Assist with marketing and PR activations and eventing when required.
  • If necessary and in collaboration with the country manager, hire, onboard, and manage retail teams and agency staff. Ensuring all new starters successfully complete their induction program through coaching and development.
  • Be an ambassador for the Ultra Violette brand with store teams helping ignite their passion for the Skinscreen category

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in an education and training role, preferably in the beauty industry, with a track record of driving impact.
  • Skilled in creating high-quality educational & social media content/assets and confident delivering content on camera.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the capability to inspire, engage, and motivate retail teams to achieve sales growth.
  • Solid understanding of brand and retail dynamics across both brick-and-mortar and online channels.
  • Maturity, autonomy and strong time management skills to build efficient and effective travel plans
  • Flexibility to travel up to four days per week, as required.
  • Be a confident ambassador for a fast-growing brand, committed to building and nurturing retail partnerships as a key driver of business success.
