Applications are invited for a Spa Receptionist at our luxury spa which is situated in one of our most prestigious hotels in the City Centre. Here at Rena Spa we are dedicated to our members and strive to find people who are passionate about exemplary customer service.

We pride ourselves on investing in your development including training in our client customer journey and gym membership applications.

Rewards are given through weekly team member contributions based on your KPI achievement such as retail conversion and great customer service.

Duties for this role includes:

To greet customers in a friendly manner and with a smile.

To administer booking using computerised and manual systems.

To process all payments accurately.

To administer the locker key and membership card system.

To carry out any administration work as necessary.

To record and administer the lost property system.

To restrict access into the Reception area to authorised personnel only.

To ensure that the Reception area is kept tidy and presentable at all times.

To ensure that all communications, memos, diaries are read each day.

To answer the telephone as per the 3D Leisure standard.

To handle all potential membership enquiries as per the 3D Leisure Standard.

To assist with any general clerical duties as requested.

To cash up till(s) as per the Club's procedures.

To attend staff meetings and provide input into ways of improving and developing the service.

To feedback any areas of concern to the Club Manager

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.00-£12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
