London Brasseries Ltd is a collection of five independent restaurants offering the best in traditional and imaginative dining across central London. From the Parisian charm of Boulevard Brasserie to the vibrant energy of Maxwell's Bar & Grill, and the quintessential Chelsea sophistication of PJ's Brasserie, our venues celebrate character, creativity and hospitality at their heart.

We're now looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activity across the group. This is a standalone role, perfect for someone who's ready to take full ownership of marketing strategy, content, and communications, bringing ideas to life from concept to execution.

Please note that flexible working hours are required, including occasional evening and weekend work to support events, photoshoots, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-venue marketing campaigns, activations, and menu launches with a focus on creativity, consistency, and measurable impact.
  • Social Media & Content Creation: Manage content across all platforms, developing engaging social calendars and producing high-quality photo, video, and written content that captures each venue's tone of voice.
  • CRM & Email Marketing: Lead CRM strategy and regular newsletter campaigns, driving engagement and repeat visits.
  • Website Management: Maintain and update website content across multiple domains, ensuring all menus, events, and campaigns are accurate and optimised.
  • Copywriting & Tone of Voice: Write clear, compelling copy across digital and print channels, from social captions to campaign taglines and press releases.
  • Local Marketing: Partner with venue General Managers to develop and implement local marketing initiatives that drive footfall and brand visibility.
  • Partnerships & Influencer Outreach: Manage collaborations, PR opportunities, and influencer relationships to strengthen each venue's online presence.
  • Performance Analysis: Track performance across channels, reporting on engagement, reach, and ROI to inform ongoing strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years' marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, or creative industries.
  • A relevant university degree with strong academic achievement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong English and an eye for tone are essential.
  • Confident managing social media, CRM (Airship or similar), and CMS platforms (Squarespace).
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive; comfortable leading projects independently.
  • A creative thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for hospitality, storytelling, and design.
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools and paid social media management is desirable.
