About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for completion of general tasks related to the filling or mixing team and other reasonable tasks or responsibilities which relate to your role. You will also be required to assisting the Supervisors to achieve improvements across key performance areas of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Work may be based in Cosmetic Mixing, Filling, or Healthcare Filling Hall. Flexibility to work across Production is essential.
  • Follow the Mixing or Filling Plan to meet daily targets and customer deadlines.
  • Report any safety, quality, or cleaning concerns to your Team Leader or Supervisor immediately.
  • Share shift updates clearly using handover sheets, verbal briefings, and hygiene boards.
  • Keep your area clean at all times. Use a 'clean as you go' approach and leave it ready for the next shift.
  • Always work safely and follow HSE guidelines. Report safety concerns to your Supervisor or Production Manager, or use the "Good Spot" system.
