IT Change Manager

Role Purpose
- Lead and embed structured change management practices across CCEP's IT transformation programmes.
- Ensure smooth adoption of new technologies, processes, and ways of working (for example, S/4 HANA, AI, digital tools) across the business.
- Act as a trusted advisor and central coordinator for change, working with stakeholders across IT, business units, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Change Strategy & Governance
Develop and implement a change management strategy aligned with CCEP's global IT transformation agenda (e.g. S/4 HANA rollout, AI adoption).
- Design and maintain a change governance framework (steering committees, Change Advisory Board / CAB).
Define change metrics, KPIs, and reporting to monitor adoption, readiness, and resistance.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Conduct stakeholder analysis and map change impact across functions and regions.
- Create and execute communication plans (presentations, newsletters, town halls) to drive awareness and buy-in.
Facilitate workshops, roadshows, and training sessions to support change readiness.
Change Impact Assessment & Planning
Perform change impact assessments to identify how technology changes affect business processes, people, and system behaviours.
- Create change plans that address risk, training needs, and adoption support.
Work with PMO and transformation teams to sequence change activities appropriately.
Adoption & Training Enablement
Develop user support mechanisms, change champions, and feedback loops to sustain adoption.
Post-Implementation Review & Continuous Improvement
Lead post-implementation reviews (PIRs) to assess the effectiveness of changes.
- Capture lessons learned and embed them into a "change playbook" or toolkit to reuse across future transformation projects.
Continuously refine change management processes, templates, and frameworks.
Risk Management
Identify change-related risks (resistance, technical risk, timeline slippage) and develop mitigation strategies.
Lead or contribute to the Change Advisory Board (CAB), evaluate and approve change requests, and prioritize changes based on business impact.
Change Capability Building
Coach and mentor business SMEs, change champions, and other key stakeholders on change methodologies.
- Foster a change-aware culture across the organisation, supporting people through transitions.
