Client Coordinator

We're looking for a Client Coordinator to join our team in Cleckheaton, working on a hybrid basis.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in the packaging graphics or artwork production industry who enjoys managing project details, coordinating briefs, and supporting client relationships.

As a Client Coordinator, you will handle day-to-day project administration, ensuring client briefs are accurately captured, translated, and progressed through the artwork and prepress process. You'll help keep projects on track from start to finish by organising timelines, monitoring workflow, and supporting communication between clients and internal teams.This role is perfect for someone detail-focused, organised, and eager to build experience in client and project coordination within a busy packaging graphics environment. 

• Create, update, and manage project timelines and workback schedules, ensuring all tasks are logged and completed on time.

• Coordinate and prepare project briefs, gathering all necessary information and ensuring accuracy before passing to production teams.

• Support kick-off meetings and follow-up actions, ensuring project information flows smoothly between stakeholders.

• Assist with monitoring project activity and costs to keep work progressing efficiently.

• Build strong working relationships with clients, understanding expectations and ensuring brand, pharma, and technical requirements are captured and followed.

• Respond to day-to-day client queries, status requests, and information needs.

• Monitor production progress and help resolve basic issues to keep artwork projects moving.

• Provide general project administration support and assist with other duties as needed.

• Experience in project coordination, account support, artwork admin, or a similar role—preferably in packaging graphics, design, prepress, print, or related industries.

• Occasional local or national travel may be required.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and general digital applications.

• Strong organisational, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with technical or numerical information.

• Ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners.

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to accuracy and timely delivery.
