Uniserve is looking for an experienced HGV Driver to join their team, ensuring the safe and efficient transport of goods across our network. You'll be the face of Uniserve, committed to timely delivery, vehicle roadworthiness, and regulatory compliance.

Salary:
£39,514 annual.

Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday.

What You'll Do:

  • Safely and efficiently transport goods, ensuring secure loading and unloading assistance.
  • Deliver outstanding service, representing Uniserve with a professional and proactive approach.
  • Conduct thorough daily vehicle checks and promptly report defects, maintaining vehicle roadworthiness.
  • Adhere to all EU road transport regulations, tachograph usage, and company procedures.

About You:

  • Multi Drop experience (preferable but not essential).
  • Hold a valid Class 1 C+E HGV licence and an in date DQC and Tacho card.
  • Rhides Card is beneficial.
  • You're a safety-conscious driver with a clean licence and excellent adherence to driving regulations (Driver Hours, Tachographs etc.)
  • You can demonstrate a strong understanding of safe working practices and manual handling procedures
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
