Bank Support Worker

We are pleased to announce we have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Bank support worker. Join us to build and grow a new OFSTED registered children's service in Weymouth.

  • Shifts will include 08:00-14:45 and 14:30-21:15, waking nights and sleep ins.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting one child.
  • You will be supporting with daily tasks, engaging in learning and taking part in activities and interests.
  • You will be supporting with personal care.
  • You will be cooking, cleaning and supporting with everyday tasks.

Who you are:

  • Experience of working in children's residential home is preferred.
  • You are enthusiastic, compassionate and love working with children.
  • You are motivated, flexible and have a 'can do' attitude.
  • Drivers preferred but not essential.
