About the Role
Our client is seeking an organised, detail-driven Streetworks Co-ordinator to join their growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring all Streetworks and highway activities are planned, permitted, and delivered in compliance with the New Roads and Street Works Act (NRSWA) and other relevant regulations.
Location: Northwich
Full-Time | Permanent
£25, £32,500.00 per year
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process permit applications, variations, and notices in line with legislation.
- Liaise with local authorities and internal teams to coordinate works efficiently.
- Monitor works on-site and track progress to ensure minimal disruption to the public.
- Maintain accurate records of permits, closures, and traffic management plans.
- Proactively resolve issues or conflicts to keep projects on schedule.
About You
- Proven experience in a Streetworks or coordination role.
- In-depth knowledge of NRSWA legislation and permit schemes.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- IT literate, with experience in Streetworks management systems (preferred).
