Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across our designated sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to lead a small team to maintain high standards throughout all areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support cleaning staff to ensure all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard.
  • Carry out regular inspections of allocated areas and report any issues or maintenance needs.
  • Perform cleaning tasks when required, including deep cleaning and specialist tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Train new staff on cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Maintain stock levels of cleaning materials and request supplies when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with management and clients.

Requirements

  • Valid driving licence (essential) – ability to travel between sites.
  • Proven track record in professional cleaning.
  • Supervisory or team leader experience (desired but not essential).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good understanding of health & safety and COSHH regulations.
  • Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
