We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide home cooked meals for the children at the nursery, while following special dietary requirements. Full time post 8:30am - 4pm Monday to Fridays.

The role will include menu planning, snack rotation, keeping up to date with food hygiene, general organisation and cleaning of the kitchen.

Job Duties:

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
  • Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift
  • Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
  • Menu planning
  • Food shopping
  • Recording food temperatures

Onsite training and professional development provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21-£12.60 per hour
