Advanced Coaching & Education are currently looking for a qualified Football Coach/Tutor to work at our Academy.

Key responsibilities and day to day duties

  • Recruitment of players
  • Structured lessons/Football sessions
  • Interview potential learners
  • Manage learner behaviour and apply appropriate and effective measures in cases
  • Participate in regular teaching observations and in-service training as part of continuing professional development (CPD).
  • Attend team meetings to monitor, review and evaluate relevant courses.
  • Act as the Company's representative at club trials.
  • Maintain knowledge regarding Education and Training policies and procedures.
  • To ensure you have a concussion recognition tool on your person or first aid kit.

You will:

  • Prepare schemes of work, lesson and assessment plans.
  • Contribute with active enthusiasm to the wider enrichment of students.
  • Supporting pastoral needs.
  • Participating in parents and open evenings, working with the community on live projects and external exhibitions.
  • Organising study trips where relevant.
  • Supporting UCAS applications.
  • Enabling learners to maximise their potential.
  • You will ensure your resource materials and teaching reflect best practice contributing to the quality of provision as measured by retention, attendance, success rates, progression, final grades, and value added.

This position is located at ACE Football Academy, Bicester.

ACE Football Academy is based out of Whitelands Farm Sports ground. The academy supports learners aged on a full time learning scheme which includes a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport as well as a comprehensive football programme.

We are looking for a Full Time Lecturer who will be contracted to teach and coach a squad.

As a Lecturer, you will deliver sports subjects to students on a variety of courses across Level 3 learners.

Salary: £24,000-£28,000 per year

No weekends

Requirements:

BS (preferred)

UEFA B Licence (preferred)

5+ years coaching experience

FA or UEFA qualified

Enhanced DBS check

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: £24,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
