Job Description:

Join a pioneering team building the security layer for AI agents operating in critical environments like banks and hospitals. As a Founding ML Scientist, you'll define next-gen AI security, architect infrastructure for autonomous systems, and shape product vision. This is a chance to make a significant impact at the frontier of AI deployment, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

What you will do:

  • Build adaptive AI security solutions that learn and evolve with the agents they protect.
  • Establish the control layer for AI systems making real-time decisions in high-stakes environments.
  • Drive product vision and technical strategy as a core founding team member.

The ideal candidate:

  • Experience training LLMs with modern methods like RL with GRPO or fine-tuning with QLoRA.
  • Proficient in setting up multi-GPU training and inference infrastructure in cloud environments (GCP/AWS).
  • Possesses a founding-engineer mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and prioritizing shipping and iteration.
