Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Lettings Valuer / Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the property market and demonstrate exceptional skills in valuing residential properties for rental purposes. This role requires an individual who is not only passionate about real estate but also committed to providing outstanding service to clients.

Our extremely busy lettings department is the top ranked (Rightmove stats) letting business for Chester le Street and the surroundings areas so a highly motivated team player is essential.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough property valuations and assessments to determine rental prices.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, showcasing property features and market trends.
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants, providing expert advice on the lettings process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property markets, regulations, and trends.
  • Assist in marketing properties through various channels to attract potential tenants.
  • Organise viewings and conduct property tours for prospective tenants.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to lettings, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.

Skills

  • Proven administrative experience within the real estate or lettings sector is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, allowing for broader client engagement in diverse communities.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
