Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Multi Trader with expertise in joinery and plastering, and basic plumbing (Bathrooms). alongside proficiency in general building works. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record, exceptional timekeeping, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results in clients' homes.
We're looking for someone with experiance who can fit kitchens, doors, skirtingboards, can fit bathrooms and doesn't mind jumping on the trowel when needed, wether it be blockwork or plastering.
This role requires a polite and professional demeanor, as you will be working directly in customers' properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality joinery tasks, including installing doors, skirting boards and carpentry work.
- Carry out plastering tasks, including boarding, skimming, rendering, and patching to a high standard of finish.
- Undertake general building works, such as constructing walls, laying flagging, and other structural tasks.
- Execute renovation projects with precision, ensuring all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, respecting clients' properties at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining impeccable standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Multi Trader, with a strong focus on joinery and plastering.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality renovation projects.
- Exceptional timekeeping and reliability, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Own van and power tools suitable for a wide range of tasks.
- Extensive knowledge of renovations, including materials, techniques, and best practices.
- Ability to perform building works, including wall construction and flagging.
- Polite, professional, and respectful demeanor when working in clients' homes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid UK driving license
- Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential if experience is demonstrable.
