Your Role as a Drama ECT:
- Planning and delivering engaging Drama lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.

- Receiving continuous mentorship and guidance from experienced staff to help you grow as a teacher.
- Participating in a structured induction programme with regular CPD and feedback to develop your skills.
- Contributing to the wider school community, participating in extracurricular activities, and building positive relationships with students.

- A committed Drama graduate with QTS (or working towards it).
- Passionate about teaching and creating an engaging classroom environment.
