THE ROLE

Are you a passionate Health & Fitness Coach with outstanding knowledge, elite levels of customer service skills, and a commitment to bettering the lives of clients through your work?

You'll be the someone the clients rely on - whether it's to brighten up a dull day, push them that bit further, to change behaviours, or to simple help them set new and bigger goals.

You'll be a key player in an amazing team, who are all on a mission together to change lives, and find real meaning in the day to day work that we do

You'll help to grow the business - and the team - and you'll have loads of fun doing it, whilst also learning & growing personally and professionally along the way.


This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to really start developing their career, and broadening out from 'Instructor' to 'Transformation Coach'.

THE ROLE - MISSION

Deliver exceptional client experience in every single client interaction, from coaching fitness sessions to ongoing support towards their goals - you'll strive to be the highlight of their day, every day

THE ROLE - RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Being the best part of our clients day - every time they walk through the door
  • Delivering large group PT sessions (upto 30 people)
  • Delivering small group strength training (6-12 people - barbell focussed)
  • Building client relationships with each and every member
  • Group Fitness coaching
  • Member retention
  • Ad-hoc admin support
  • (Dependent on successful applicant) - Delivery of some 1-1 Personal Training
  • (Dependant on successful applicant) - Client check-ins & nutrition coaching

THE ROLE - REQUIREMENTS (YOUR skills & competencies)

  • Minimum Level 2 certified
  • Experience in coaching group Fitness and (ideally) Personal Training
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • An interest in "habit coaching and accountability"
  • Attention to detail
