This is your chance to own relationships, lead coordination, and ensure every project is delivered safely, compliantly, and to the highest standard.
The Role at a Glance
You'll be the go‑to point of contact for our clients—balancing detail, deadlines, and delivery across both planned and reactive traffic management works.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage key client accounts across commercial and local authority contracts
Act as the primary escalation point for complex or high‑risk jobs
Deliver consistent, professional communication and service.
Attention to Detail
Oversee planning, permits, resourcing, and compliance.
Ensure all works meet NRSWA, Chapter 8, and legislative standards
Monitor KPIs and commercial performance
Relationship Building Work closely with clients, local authorities, and internal teams
Collaborate with Directors on performance, improvement, and growth
Lead and support Project Coordinators, Assistants, and Permits teams

Proven experience in account or client relationship management
Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
Confident communicator who builds trust with clients
Experience in traffic management, highways, construction, or utilities
Knowledge of NRSWA, Chapter 8, and TM processes
Project management qualifications (PRINCE2 / APM) – desirable, not essential
Full UK Driving Licence
