Happy Feet Childcare are advertising for two Early Years Practitioners (Level 3 minimum) to join our baby room

Location: Bromham, Wiltshire

Position: Early Years Practitioner (Full-time / Permanent) We are looking for a minimum of 9 hour days, but we can consider 2/3/4 day options / job share

Salary: £13.71 p/h level 3 and £15 p/h level 5

Start Date: As soon as possible - closing date for applications is Fri 21st Nov

We are a newly established, family-run nursery in Bromham, with a BIG vision:

2. We have created a parent hub- a space for parents to socialise and have a cup of tea before/after drop-offs, we are providing a book swap and a clothes swap too. In addition, we will be running free sessions on weaning/ feeding and nutrition/sleep/ transition to school and toileting in 2026.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to join our friendly and supportive team.

About the Role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

*Provide a safe, caring, and inspiring environment for all children.

*Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.

*Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

*Observe and record children's progress to support their individual development.

*Work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain high standards of care and education.

We're looking for someone who is:

*Qualified to at least Level 3 in Early Years Education and Childcare

*Experienced in working within an early years setting.

*Knowledgeable and confident in implementing the EYFS and safeguarding policies.

*Passionate about early childhood development and creating a positive learning environment.

*A great communicator and team player with a caring, can-do attitude.
