The Role: Markets Headhunter (2+ Years' Experience)

We're hiring a Markets Headhunter with 2+ years' front-office recruitment experience to cover Rates, FX, Credit, and Equities. You'll work on high-value mandates and build deep technical knowledge while partnering closely with tier-one clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Mandate Delivery

  • Support banks, hedge funds, and asset managers on front-office searches
  • Provide market insight, hiring advice, and compensation benchmarking
  • Assess technical fit and align candidates with client needs
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders (Heads of Trading, PMs, CIOs)

Talent Acquisition & Market Mapping

  • Map markets and competitors across Rates, FX, Credit, and Equities
  • Use targeted headhunting and data-led sourcing to find top talent
  • Manage the full process from first contact to offer

Markets Knowledge

Develop strong understanding across one of the following:

  • Rates & FX:
    Linear, Non-Linear, Inflation, G10/EM, Exotics
  • Credit:
    IG, HY, Structured Credit, Distressed, ABS/CLOs
  • Equities:
    Delta One, Derivatives, Systematic Strategies, Prime
  • Stay up to date on macro trends, regulation, and electronic trading.

Key Requirements

  • 2+ years' Global Markets recruitment/headhunting experience
  • Solid understanding of financial products and trading strategies
  • Confident engaging senior front-office professionals
  • Analytical, research-driven approach
  • Commercial, relationship-led mindset
