The Impact You'll Make at Moloco

We're looking for a Senior New Business Manager to join our expanding EMEA team and accelerate new advertiser growth across the region, focusing on the Real-Money Gaming (RMG) vertical. In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping and executing Moloco's go-to-market strategy, helping more businesses unlock the power of machine learning–driven performance advertising.

The Opportunity

  • Drive growth: Prospect, qualify, and close high-impact, revenue-generating advertisers across the RMG vertical.
  • Build the pipeline: Own the full sales cycle - from strategic outreach to deal close - ensuring a robust funnel that supports Moloco's EMEA revenue goals.
  • Partner for success: Collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, and cross-functional teams to negotiate contracts and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
  • Be a market expert: Stay on top of industry trends, campaign performance, and advertiser objectives to identify opportunities where Moloco's ML-powered solutions deliver measurable impact.
  • Champion our customers: Build and deepen relationships with new advertisers, acting as a trusted advisor who helps them scale through Moloco's platform.
  • Collaborate to win: Work with Product, Growth, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer journey and maximise advertiser success.
  • Evangelize our brand: Represent Moloco at key industry events and in client meetings, articulating the value of our cutting-edge machine learning technology.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me? 

  • 3+ years of sales or business development experience in performance or programmatic advertising.
  • Deep expertise in mobile and programmatic ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to consistently exceed revenue targets and drive new business.
  • Experience working with growth and user acquisition teams across the EMEA region.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • A collaborative, adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • A strategic thinker who is both analytical and passionate about winning.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
  • Real-Money Gaming (RMG) experience is a strong plus.
