We're looking for a motivated and professional Freelance Remote Sales & Account Coordinator to help us manage client follow-ups, close new projects, and maintain healthy customer accounts.
This is an ideal side hustle or for someone taking break from their sales career with strong communication and relationship-building skills who enjoys seeing results and being rewarded for performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on estimates and quotes that have already been provided to potential clients
- Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers to secure new projects
- Track project statuses and communicate updates as needed
- Chase up outstanding invoices and payments to keep accounts in good standing
- Maintain accurate records of communication and outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Can do positive and persistent attitude
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer relations
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills (email, phone, or messaging)
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage your own schedule
- Professional and polite approach to client communication
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
