We're looking for a motivated and professional Freelance Remote Sales & Account Coordinator to help us manage client follow-ups, close new projects, and maintain healthy customer accounts.

This is an ideal side hustle or for someone taking break from their sales career with strong communication and relationship-building skills who enjoys seeing results and being rewarded for performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on estimates and quotes that have already been provided to potential clients
  • Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers to secure new projects
  • Track project statuses and communicate updates as needed
  • Chase up outstanding invoices and payments to keep accounts in good standing
  • Maintain accurate records of communication and outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • Can do positive and persistent attitude
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer relations
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills (email, phone, or messaging)
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage your own schedule
  • Professional and polite approach to client communication
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely
