The Role

• Assisting with personal care, toileting, eating, and hydration
• Administering medication
• Escorting residents to appointments
• Supporting residents with activities and social engagement
• Maintaining accurate care documentation
• Promoting dignity, respect, and person-centred care

What We're Looking For

• A kind, caring, and patient individual with a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Experience in elderly care, dementia, or challenging behaviour (desirable)
• Commitment to upholding CQC standards and organisational policies
