Job Overview:

We are seeking an Night Shift Supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing our MRF plant and ensuring no blockages of waste. In addition you will manage a team of pickers to accurately and efficiently pick recyclable waste from a conveyor belt. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a network of conveyor belts

  • Pick recyclable waste from a conveyor belt

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Hours of work 6pm to 6am with 1hr break Monday to Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 – 60 per week
