We're seeking a
Telco Business Analyst
to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our major UK Telecommunications provider.

Please note, this is an initial 3-6 month inside IR35 PAYE Umbrella contract that will require onsite working 2 days per week in London.

Summary
As a Telco Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our consulting firm's digital transformation initiatives for our Telco client. Your expertise in translating business and functional objectives into well-structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria will be instrumental in aligning the various workstreams and ensuring seamless delivery.

You Will

  • Define and refine the scope of your assigned work package in collaboration with the Functional Lead, ensuring clarity of outcomes, boundaries, and dependencies.
  • Translate business and functional objectives into well-structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that align with the overall transformation goals.
  • Maintain continuous alignment across the transformation workstreams to identify cross-work stream impacts, dependencies, and sequencing.
  • Facilitate cross-functional decision-making with the Functional Lead, ensuring issues, assumptions, and design options are surfaced and resolved with the right stakeholders.
  • Drive day-to-day progress by managing backlog items, clarifying requirements, and ensuring readiness for design, build, and testing activities.
  • Ensure traceability from requirements through to delivery, working with the delivery lead, technical leads, architects, QA, and change teams for end-to-end coverage.

Ideally, We'd Like

  • Relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and reach consensus.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and experience in managing backlog items and driving continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with digital experience design, content management, and guided buying journeys.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

This is a temporary employee (PAYE) opportunity working via an Umbrella company.
